1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing and using this website, client portal, or mobile application, including all content, functionality, and services offered (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

Our mobile messaging program (the "Program") provides alerts, updates, and promotional offers. 

  • Opt-In: By opting in, you agree to receive mobile messages. We do not use automatic telephone dialing systems; messages are initiated with human intervention. 

  • Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe. You may also text "QUIT", "END", or "CANCEL". 

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. 

  • Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or lease your phone number to third parties for their own marketing benefit. Information provided is strictly for transmitting and responding to messages within the Program. 

  • Support: Text “HELP” to our messaging number for assistance. 

 

12. Entire Agreement 

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and GO2 Lending Solutions regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings.
